NO.5 HARBOUR VIEW APARTMENT
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a modern block of holiday apartments on the main street in Roundstone directly overlooking the town’s harbour. It is a modern apartment with two bedrooms, one with king size double and the other room with a double bunk bed with single bed on top. The apartment can sleep up to 4-5 persons, bed linen and towels are provided. It has an open plan fully fitted kitchen with a spacious sitting/dining room with a spectacular view overlooking Roundstone harbour and The Twelve Bens Mountains. There is a conservatory at the rear.

As it is centrally located on the main street of Roundstone (beside O’Dowd’s Restaurant) you are within one minute walking distance of the shops, pubs, restaurants etc. It has its own private off street car parking. The Apartment is very warm and cosy, the front is east facing and the conservatory at the rear is west facing so it receives a good deal of sunshine throughout the day. It has a gas fire in the sitting room and electric storage heaters in all the rooms. It has all the comforts of a modern home with Washing Machine, Dishwasher, Electric Cooker, Fridge Freezer, Microwave, Television, DVD Player, Radio/Stereo, Clothes Iron, all provided. It has one bathroom with W.C, Bath/Shower.

Wireless Broadband is now available in the apartment so you can remain connected to the outside world if you so wish. Or you can leave it all behind you, Relax and pull up a chair to the large bay window and watch the fishermen on the harbour or the people on the street going about their daily chores
